The one thing that each of these images have in common is that they both use shadow to show that the things in the picture are 3D. The first image is a picture of a tree, although there are no shadows on the ground the tree still appears to be 3D as the sun is behind the tree meaning that the shadow falls on the side of the tree we can see, making it look three dimensional. The penultimate image shows form by the shadow of the tree on the ground, although the trees are blacked out, as the sun is behinds them, you can still tell that they are three dimensional the the shape of the shadows cast. I like the final image in the image bank as although you can only see part of the moon, the way it gets lighter towards the right show us that its 3D.
