The majority of pictures i have chosen are both naturally contrasting colours, the first is a red flower in a field of yellow flowers, the second is a red apple amongst a bunch of green apples and the third is a bight jelly fish against the blue ocean. I like all of these images as i find the contrasting colours interesting, especially the image of the flowers as i feel the red and yellow go well together and the dark green of the stalks of the flowers help the red to stand out even more against the other yellow flowers. When i was searching for pictures to use for the image bank i was shocked that the majority of the pictures showed natural bright/contrasting colours as opposed to man-made products that have been painted bright colours like i had initially thought there would be. All of the photos that i have found had contrasting background to makes the colour seem more vibrant, for example the pencils are contrasting against the black paper and the rainbow is contrasting against the dark clouds.
